There are so many factors that can contribute to the ability of a couple to conceive a specific gender. These include the type of food the male and female eat (this will include their eating habit as well), when and how they perform their sexual intercourse. Each and every single factor plays a vital role towards a success of a couple to determine the sex of their baby. The process to determine the sex of baby is complex, you have to start about six months prior to pregnancy. Why I say this is because you need to monitor your period cycle for at least six months and you need to get the average number of days. You have to do this because every woman will have different period cycle, some consistent and some may not. You will have to start to schedule your sex routine based on the fertility day of the female, depending on your baby gender selection (different day will determine different gender).

Your sexual intercourse position is also very important since sperms have their own unique characteristics. Every male and female sperm has its own strengths and weaknesses.

Apart from that you have to watch out for your diet constantly. You must know what type of food to take and the quantity of food you may consume. There are few supplements you have to take as well and please bear in mind that male and female will have to eat different type of food.

Always maintain a healthy lifestyle. Exercise a lot and if you are a smoker, perhaps you want to consider quitting. You really want to be sure that you will have a normal and healthy baby. This is the most important part above all.

To conclude, I want to stress that this method is ONLY for those who are serious about it. Discipline is very important, without it you actually plan to fail and you have to depend on your luck to get the specific gender you want.
