It leads to stimulation of the connective tissues of the cervix to induce labor. Eating tinned pineapple won't do and you have to eat fresh pineapple only. Mango and papaya have same properties so you can choose a fruit of your choice if you want to use this method on how to induce labor.

There are many natural exercises available which induce labor. The safest is the walking it is a simple and effective technique to help cervix dilation to keep into a straight position. So you can use any of these methods of how to induce labor, but keep in mind that you have to be completely relaxed and stress free. None of the methods will work if you are tense.
